Hosting Review: ResellerZoom

ResellerZoom is the reseller branch of HostingZoom. They offer a number of competitive reseller plans starting at just $6.95 per month.
Reliability: I have used ResellerZoom for over a year and can’t remember them going down. However, there servers sometimes throw 500 internal server errors for no real reason (used to be with Wordpress) but it looks like this issue has been fixed.
Customer Support: They offer a fast and responsive helpdesk service as well as email. Depending on the plan you purchase, you may also receive live chat support. However, this is unacceptable. They should offer live chat support to ALL customers! You shouldn’t be penalized for not needed as much resources as other users. They also don not offer phone support.
Features: ResellerZoom comes with all the features you expect including cPanel, WHM, Fatastico and they offer a free domain reseller account (once again for some plans only) and a paid upgrade for billing software (for running your own hosting service).
Overall: Although they have great reliability, there support is below par - you can find the same service at the same price with better customer service elsewhere.
